EVERYONE who has ever worked under DTV,whether it be directly or through a contractor,has been backcharged for things that they have no control ovedr,Anyone who says they have never been backcharged is simply lying.now you do have guys doing installs that cant even spell TV much less need to be installing a system,but DTV will make everything they can the techs fault,their recievers go bad within 30 days ,techs fault ,backcharge him,LNB goes out ,techs fault backcharge him,bad multiswithc,backcharge him,,the tech gives 30 min of cust education to neighbor,because cust TOO BUSY to stay home ,when cust gets home they have no clue how to work system,cust calls DTV,tech gets backcharged,,It always been this way and always will,the ONLY way to stop all of this is to unite with a UNION,untill that happens ,either play the game or get off the field.............
