Owwey!!!!

I  have a BOO-Boo ...i hurt my finger..and got some RG-56 Braiding in my finger and it hurts!!!  Have had to take 2 days off because of the pain!!!!  any suggestions???  Can't sleep!!!  My Wife is getting Mad as I'm getting behind on the "Dishes"...please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!
