NO -on GI equipment you can take out the two bolts holding the lid on to the housing and remove the "2nd" lid then replace the bolts wherethey came from and close the SINGLE LID of the amp....   That is some crazy stuff in that pic... guess you really do see something new everyday, cause you cant learn a DAMN thing from this pic!
