You won't find any "crawl space creeper" go out and find the biggest, nastiest, ugliest rat you can get and train him to retrieve the cable after you dip the end in cheese. It used to freak the hell out of my customers, untill they sam him running from under the house to me with the coax or cat 5e in his gnarly little mouth.
