I've sat here for 10 minutes staring at this picture and I can only think of one reason for someone to do something like this, that makes any sense at all. The person that did this is a dumbass. there is no reason to do this other than to trip the next guy out. And I'd also love to hear how the lockbox cover was put on, or even if it was put on. Why the fuck is that active spliced inside that LB that is too small? Why wasn't it nounted outside the LB like it should have been? I mean there are so many discrepencies that I am not going to go thru them all.

I presume you removed the extra lid and power pack, yes?
