Yea that is good. But that is also a big if. Or "should" I should say. meaning they don't know if the costs will be successful and this is all contingent on that. Let's hope so. I don't think they were lying but I am no fan of them either. My daughter worked for them and was their top person in the region and all they do is treat their employees like crap. No incentive to do better when one customer can make a complaint about ATT on a survey and not the employee and they dock the employee for it. But regardless of that I think they didn't know and still don't. Just a knee jerk reaction probably.
