I had just talked to my realtor to ask about this... I emailed him a copy. He called and told me that it had all the real estate people nervous as hell.... The housing industry crashes and then this would set it back another 20 years.... I guess Obama is just trying to get the illegals back in to vote illegally to reelect him and his Felons!
