It posted in place of your existing ad since that one had not yet expired. With the ads being free there has to be some limit. If we didn't do that then your new ad would go on top of the others so they would do new free ads too to get back on top... then you're in the same spot but now the ad section is full of junk duplicates every day and nobody will want to bother with any of it. Wait to place a new free ad 90 days after the last one.
