Hang in there brothers this phase the MSO's are going through without sub's wont last the year. They wont be able to fix thier customer base without subs working 24/7 behind the scenes. The cost of overtime will sink all of the new primes just as it did Orious, group W, US Cable, and Channel.
The bean counters could not forsee the true cost of trucks, labor, insurance. The use of newbies and other contractors employees at 15.00 bucks an hour are the reason, managment cannot possibly think the lipservice they learned in school will solve the real issues that come up every day in our world. The turnover rate will kill them. They cannot replace experience, 20 year veterans get canned for the simplest mistake, like pointing a piece of shrink at the dog who is about to eat you, or climbing a 6 ft fence to get to your pole, THE LIST GOES ON AND ON
