You are not a contractor.  You are an employee.  What your boss is doing is illegal.  Contact the IRS and get an SS-8 form filled out immediatly.  Then contact your regional offices of The Department of Labor - Hour and Wage Division.  You are getting hosed while the boss gets the money illegally.
