No way in hell someone just lashed that up. That has been on the ground a time or two. It has to be a location a half mile from the bar on a road with a sharp curve, and that pole sitting in the curve. Bell is selfsupport, thats why its lookin so good, or the local phone company isn't as cheap as the suck-ass cable company and replaced it.
