OK, here's the scoop on the big picture...AT&T recently submitted requests with the fed's to split into completely different entities...AT&T long distance, AT&T wireless, AT&T broadband and AT&T local. Investors are VERY SCARED...dollars are being pulled and stock is plumetting. And don't think that this would be a good time to buy AT&T...they're going to soon be in the crapper. They've been losing ground for years now. They relied on the long distance market for too long. Now they're losing their shirts and are launching these diverse marketing ploys as a last ditch effort to solidify at least part of their once mighty regime just long enough to sell at anything but a total loss. David has slain the giant...watch out for the thud of his crashing to the ground.............
