If you read my post, you will see that mention if a Senate pro tempore is not eligible to be president, he is skipped. No spin.  Soory to disappoint you.  Seems like the only spining things, is you.  Now, don't forget to show us, where it states public servants have no right to privacy and the court case that mandated a POTUS make his credentials public.
