Yea, I got a service tech under me that doesn't even go up the fuckin' pole 90% of the time. Everything is a line issue, but I end up kickin' 90% of his shit back to him; Yet, service still keeps this dickhead around. Another one: Had a maintanence order for fluctuating upstream snr. I go out look and run the standard tests tell service that the noise is coming out of the house; Saw it on the disconnected drop; They send two service techs out to completely re-wire 6 outlets; They still have noise issue; So they roll me again; First thing I notice when I roll up is the same old drop is hanging and my Commscope Slueth is still picking up leaks from the house. Disconnect drop, still a shit load of noise coming from the house. Service said that the drop was supposed to have been replaced 3 months ago, sorry but that was bullshit. They replaced drop and outlet feeding guest house; Noise went away.
