Hey Joe, This is a HFC System, but all they did was drop in 60 nodes, do away with a load of shit, but cut all the old shit into the nodes. Go fuckin' figure. Upper management wants to know why we have so many trouble calls and modem failures. Middle management is so worried about losing their jobs that they won't just tell them the cold hard facts. "This shit is junk." Instead they throw it on me and one decent service tech, one know it all don't do shit service tech, and one don't know shit service tech that doesn't want to learn anything else.
