Wizo is correct, the only way to learn is by getting hired through a construction contractor. There are no books or classes you can take to show you this stuff, and if there were they would be so full of OSHA rules and regs that you would be too slow to make any money in this business (not that there is any real money to be made anymore). It is gonna take some time but have a little patience and it will pay off. Most good linemen dont take no shit from anyone and rightfully so they have earned the title. Good luck and happy trails.
