If you were an employee go to the Labor Relations Board, or what ever they call it where you live. The employer has to give some kind of a stub or receipt and a 1099 or W-2 at the end of the year. As far as the child support goes, check with the entity that administers your support order to see if it was paid, if it wasn't thats fraud and there might be a criminal complaint that can be filed. If you were a contractor get a lawyer and check into the criminal complaint.
