Your actually wrong tech1309, they use phone lines to track their equipment, an autodailer is in the software, that communicates with DTV
As far as installing phone lines, never gonna go away, no matter what you 10 people bitch about, DTV does not care, because there are 10 other people ready to take your place, and probably work cheaper, when you leave, so this argument is a mute point, move on to something more worthwhile.
