Yes, they are done.  And so is alot of the credibilty of FNC.  The UNEDITED tape showed the truth, and the court deemed ACORN not guilty.  But it also showed how irresponsible FNC is.  They verified nothing the guy who made the tapes was claiming.  FNC blindly followed the guy,  just like how FNC viewers blindly follow Hannity and the rest of them.
