The point BS is because Comcast went paperless they don't use work orders here anymore so they need a way to pay everybody instead of using line items they use points from the work orders and when they first started this the points were great i.e. 110 for a triple at 1.67 a point, that lasted a week then they realized they needed to cut the points down so they stopped the point thing until they could change the point assignments.
basically it is one big giant cluster F%$^ that will most likely never end.
