Re: Mass Contractors get screwed again

I was one of the guys that was with the company that was given notice. I have been in the contracting game for some time and I have to say the company I was with was one of the best in the business it is a real shame that they are going.

As far as pricing you can be sure that once the transistion takes place those rates will change because now that there are only 2 companies in mass they can pay what they want cause if you want a job in cable you will have to accept it or do something else so that is what I have decided to do I think I will just page Dr. Summeroff and enjoy a well deserved vacation and learn a new trade because I have come to the conclusion that my time and talent is worth more than minimum wage and I most certainly deserve to be treated with more respect than a GPS tracking unit in my truck and bullshit backcharges if I want big brother up my ass I will work for the U.S. Government, I am sorry i am a free thinker but that is the way it is.

I work hard for my money so I am going to keep it.

  Best of luck everyone
