On other fronts, the wife went grocery shopping yesterday and brought back a bunch of freezer goods. So much in fact I had a helluva time making room for it all. I gotta get me a chest freezer but thats a topic for later. But she brought a Red Baron Deep Dish Meat Trio za home for me. No room in the freezer so I had to make it for lunch today since it can't stay thawed for too long. I loaded on mozzerella, shrooms, pepperoni, and parmesan cheese and son of a bitch this is good eating! I swear this is better than had I cooked it from frozen I think. I might just start thawing before cooking. It really turned out well and weighs a couple of pounds. Just massive and I can only consume two slices it is so big.
Damn I do love Pizza!
