my company pays $15 arial or underground, on ug if you bury 3' from house, go under ped then 3 feet its another $15 so a nice 20' ug drop maybe 20 mins to do,including gearing up and pulling the wire pays $30 bucks. But only on upgrades not on new or reco's, Only time on a reco is if you have to relocate to achieve ground..
