Linx Satellite Retailer

Who has worked for this retailer?  They do a 4 month stint each summer in multiple locations.  They provide bi-weekly draws, but then pay the remainder of your earnings 6 weeks after the summer is over.  You basically get half your pay as you go and half after it's over.  Is this a scam?
