I am sorry. Its been recently corrected. It took many trips back and forth to the repair shop at B/T with app. 4 firmware upgrades. They apparently were very new with the technology and I finally contacted a knowledegable engineer within the company and with the last firmware update all seems to be better. There still are some quirks but nothing like before. The last update, he sent me the software and cable connections and I updated the firmware myself instead of going through the repair center.
So ..Choose a company thats proven and ask around before being a guinee pig for the designer/engineers.
That was my fix.
