Ingress is caused by off air signal getting into your system, which means you have a leak. A leak could be a loose fitting, a suck out, a crack , a squirrel chew, ect. There are many types of leak detection devices (sniffers) on the market.If the ingress is only at one house it's eather the drop or the TV. You can use a test TV to check that.
