ComCast pay rates have been cut every other year since 2000. I was a Prim in the Greater Chicago market from 2005 to 2007 and watched them just butcher the rates. Best I can tell yea is move on or get out of the industry. Cause the day's of MSO's paying the Contractor for their work have long gone.
