Theres a secret clause if you want to work for the MSO, it states 6 monthes and they will not solicate employement from any for there installers, even though your so called agreement with the prime doesnt state anything to that affect. What if the truth got out in the agreement you have,
It might read;
You can not work for any of our competitors, or customers for a period of 6 months. How many of you would agree with that, its illegal.
So if you applied for lets say the MSO and the Prime doesnt want you to spread the truth about there shady dealings to inhouse, they will hold the MSO to the terms of there contract.
Be careful when you apply they will call your company and once you dont get hired, they might not take you back.
