Not me Chuck. It is all in the tuner and the antenna. Any ATSC tuner can be input to a mod and be sent out over the system. The trick is how to maintain signal integrity and the antenna is a HUGE part of that. ANother tuner that is very, very good and is fairly cheap now is the LG-LST3400 or the LG-LST4200. Trick is finding enough to cover all OTA channels. The best choice for antennas is the 4 bay UHF types typically and for harder to receive areas, the 8 bay UHF antenna's. The tuner is also huge as to how it rejects multi-path issues. Not real familiar with the Cabletronix CT-MCQD, but from the info I just read about them, they are an older demod and really aren't that appropriate to use in rural systems.
Take it how ever you want, but I have zero issues with OTA and correct any that may come up. I am available for hire to get your OTA system working reliably.
