That off shore oil is to get the people and republicans on his side. It is a scam. He has no intention of drilling. He just wants to buy time until he gets the EPA to put in the carbon tax when no one is looking. Bypassing legislation altogether. But since the supreme court said the EPA can do that......????.........he will. Get ready another tax and no energy independence. You wait.......he won't drill. Smoke and mirrors.
