i recall getting pay for drops rg6 one price rg11 higher, also getting pay for hitting spot pole, getting pay trip charge for cust not home or cancel at the door, VCR loops, PIP,  now  they expect you to take the computer out the box and put it together and show  90 years old people how to operate the mouse and what is internet explorer
