Check out this site http://www.telecast-fiber.com/fiber-optic-video-news-perspective/ and click on the copperhead link. Not sure how cost efficient it is though. Or you could do it the old fashion way. Have the events recorded, allocate a channel in the Head End, and have someone go in the Head End and play them.
