Another Sign Of The Times!

It's a shame this young girl took her life but I find it sick that these kids are being charged with crimes, if all was fair why the Hell aren't these 2 teachers not being charged for not doing nothing to stop it in the first place! http://www.comcast.net/articles/news-general/20100329/US.School.Bullying/  I'm not anyway referring to the 2 who are being charged with rape, other than why did it take so long to charge them!
