glorystar 3 abn sat

i could not get it to lock on amc4 with my birdog ,channel master or with the receiver and my lil test tv hooked up at the sat ...  any advice would be great...       single lnb by the way set at dtv's 101w -20.8 skew in albany oregon  thanks!!!!!
