You cannot install a Spaceway system without a DAPT and the squinters, there is nothing you can use on a Laptop to do it.
If it was a HN7XXX, then yes you can use you Laptop instead of an OPI or DAPT, but you are going to have to get kit for the HN9XXX systems.
