Retro Splicing in Delaware and Pa., Philly

We have plenty of splicing for the year. Looking for quality work splicers. Take the map and as builts and go, no hand holding. Parts, Maps, And leave me alone splicers. Must have all insurance, tools, trucks, etc. . Forty cents a foot, shrink boot, no recut of fittings, loops to be board bent only. QC right behind splicing so minimun if any retainer. Work by the Amp section. Bucket, Easement, Underground we haven't seen enough maps to know the mix yet but it looks like more bucket and easement vs. underground. Pay two weeks out - in other words the third week yuo'll have a check every week. As long as there's no problem with your work there shouldn't be any need for retainer. Any clean up to be done after you leave would be subtracted from your last money owed (if needed).
