    Be careful with FTS pay is very weak. Plus alot of extra tasks to do on installs such as doing your own drop buries.Plus that Comcast plant (Orlando)is an old plant that has issues, rear easment aerials ect. ect.The Lake county plant is very large so alot of driving time to get to jobs .Too much sugar for a dime. But thats my take on it.
