why does everyone scream about tort reform when its only about 3 percent of the health care cost.  So let me see, you want to take away rights of the patient who was neglected by a doctor?  The doctor gave 2 prescriptions to take that are not suppose to go together and someone dies.  That persons family only gets say 50,000.  Thats a great idea.!!! take away more rights and save insurance companies asses.
