Right after you tell me what gives congress the authority to mandate healthcare insurance purchase.
Take that back, I quote the tenth amendment "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
What part of that is not clear. If the Constitution does not specifically say it, it is a states right or the peoples right, not pelosi's, reid's, obama's or congress's right. Period end of story.
PS still waitning for someone to tell me what in the Constitution gives the congress the authority to mandate healthcare.
