You can charge 1.5% a month. I would contact a lawyer usually its a small fee to send a letter head to

put some fire under them. if that doesn't work take the prime to court. 1000.00 to 1200.00 out of pocket

and 25% depending on the amount that is owed. you can counter sue for fee's and in some states you can

get triple damages over 90 day's out. also if this is something that is an on going thing find two more people

that are owed from this company and you have 100% proof that the money is owed. you can force this prime

into involuntary bankruptcy. its a federal case but a lot of times that will do the trick, and they are out of the picture

and you still get all plus more of your money
