A few more people were joined on, were waiting on the judge to rule on certifing it as a class action. Im sure if this happens JK will shit a brick. It means every tech name and address needs to be handed over past, present, fired etc to us to mail out Opt-Ins. Both sides have been given supena power for deposition, those I think will be starting soon.
Oh One guy dropped off, he was offered his job back if he removed himself from the suit, hes back over at Knight now. We all think hes just gonna jump back on if/when the suit goes to trial or looks like some settlement is gonna take place. Or they are gonna fire his ass once the suit is over. Ether way its gotta be tuff for him going to the shop every morn.
