I personally find it very difficult to believe that you are having problems collecting
your 10% money. UNLESS your work has been held suspect to Q.C. and CLEAN-UP
problems. These are the only reasons I can think of for your lack of payment.
Rather than openly discussing on the internet the reasons we have not paid you,
I would prefer not embarrass or ridicule, and handle this in a more business-like tone.
