Compassion is one thing, but lets not go over the waterfall here. Anyone can walk into an ER and be seen without insurance. And go to the hospitals in the big cities, they are falling all over themselves to do it. Illegals know it and do just that. But even beyond that, they are criminals. So go the doctor, get treated, get deported. You cannot tell me it is OK to give them all of the benefits of a citizen but none of the responsibilities. It may sound harsh, but answer this for me, I sneak into Mexico illegally and try to get healthcare, what happens? All of this guilt because we are Americans is for the birds. Mexico makes the corruption is DC seem trivial. 

I know this is a different issue, but in reality they all tie together.
