Gotta love those know-it-alls. Especially when they want you to drill from an unfinished space into a finished space.
I had a know-it-all tonight that decided he wanted to remove that ugly orange cable line that was running alongside the road in his front yard and into the green pedestal. No big deal... it only fed 3 amps. What a jackass.
