This prompts the question: "WHY??" Why waste time selling what has already been passed? What's the point? and more importantly .... How much taxpayer money is going to be spent wasting time with him trying to sell the same snake-oil we all just got force-fed?
Are there not any more pressing issues he can be working on right now? How about ending the war? How about the economy? How about job creation?? How about not pissing off our Allies? Can he get back to work on those issues?
