Hi Gear is a gret company to work for. I have worked for them on and off for 5 years and have never had any problems with them on ANYTHING !!!  Pay is always on time and always right as long as your job quality and paperwork is correct. I do all of their aerial construction work now and have not done installs in years, but I would go back to installs with them in a second if I needed the work.
