I agree with the Ho.  Wording is a big thing.  Except for the wage part.  Even though I only made to service tech and know how to do minor maintence.  I wont even attempt to sweep and balance line gear without having a actual maintence tech there.  There is to many things that can go wrong.  I will even go as far to say.  Need to put the ladder down and learn how to climb and pull cable first before you touch any equipment.
