What the speaker is talking about is in the context of facts. Until the bill becomes law, outrageous claims will continue to be confuse people. For example, someone is stating that payroll taxes will increase 39%, as soon as the bill is passed. The best way to fully disprove BS like this is to pass the bill and see that payroll taxes do not increase.
