Maybe after HC is done, the Dems will realize its plays better politically to do things the GOP way. Dont pay for anything, and put it all on the credit card.  That way, no arguments about how to pay for things..lol.....  Just swipe the card, lower taxes and be done with it, just like the GOP does.lol...
