man theres alot of opinions on this well mine is a contract is made to protect the prime and the contractor. most prime still make you sign their contract even though they know your not going to be there more than 2 weeks.i believe he should had protected himself by making his own contact by having them qc his work before he left and sent him a check.i dont agree with the 60 day deal but he shouldnt have signed that contract since his situation was not a normal one,i think they should pay him,how long would it take 2 qc his stuff and if it failed heck no dontg pay but if it did pay the man.this is 1 reason the pay has dropped in this buiness long with many others,and the contracts are getting more strict.
